We will send your skip bag out for a free of charge, next working day delivery. Your order is valid for 6 months, so take your time in using it.
We will deliver a flat-packed skip bag directly to your door. We aim for next day delivery across Ireland. You can keep it as long as you like, and fill it when you want.
2. You Fill
Fold down the sides when you're filling, this will make the bag rigid and easier to fill. When you're ready, place your bag in a convenient spot for our truck. Please do not overfill your skip bag.
3. We collect
We take your skip bag away on your chosen date. If you're not ready, you can change this by logging in to your web account. We'll text you to confirm pickup and our truck will take it away.

All the waste removed in a Kollect Skip Bag is taken to a Waste Transfer Station that has been licensed by the Environment Agency and audited by us personally. Here it is sorted and separated with as much material as possible (on average over 95%) going on to have a second life.
If the waste really can’t be reused or recycled then unfortunately, it ends up being taken to landfill. Kollect actively supports all initiatives that aim to divert waste from landfill and endeavours to pass on any tips or advice to customers about boosting recycling whenever they can.

After booking in and paying for your bag to be lifted, it will be collected ASAP.
You must leave your skip bag no further than 4 feet from your entrance so that our crane lift can reach it when we are collecting it. If your skip bag is not in range then we will not be able to pick it up.
Yes, we can collect competitor’s bags. You can see all of our collection only prices on the website. Your price will be reflected by the size of the bag you want picked up.
If you plan to place your skip bag on a public highway (including pavements) or road, you will more than likely need to apply for a skip permit from your local council.
You will not need a skip permit if you plan to keep your skip bag entirely on private property.
We'll collect from anywhere in Ireland, apart from some very remote postcode areas which our vehicles have difficulty reaching. If you want to check your area, just give us a call on 01 685 9092. Other than that, as long as we can access your skip bag, we’ll collect it. Just make sure you let us know about any parking or loading restrictions that might affect collection e.g. red routes etc.
We ship our Kollect Skip Bags next working day as standard via our carefully selected third party couriers. If you place your order with Kollect before midday on Monday to Thursday you should receive your skip bag the very next day. Orders placed before midday on Friday will be delivered Monday; orders placed after midday on Friday will be delivered Tuesday. There is no courier service available for weekend or Bank Holiday deliveries.
We use a variety of different couriers depending on the delivery destination and although they strive to meet exacting delivery schedules, incidents do sometimes occur causing a delay so it can occasionally take longer.
Note: In the current situation we have seen some disruption to the third party couriers used to deliver your skip bag. In a small number of instances bags have not been delivered as quickly as we would wish but we remain committed to delivering your bag as quickly as possible.

Please be ready to tell us your address, the location of the bag on your site or property and the type of waste in the skip bag.
Please inform our Contact Centre if there are likely to be any restrictions that could affect the collection, such as congestion charging, red routes or parking limitations, as these may incur a surcharge
Our prepaid bag and collection service is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The price paid at the time of purchase is valid throughout this timeframe. If you wish to arrange a collection after this time you may incur a surcharge. We may send you a reminder from time to time if you haven’t booked your Skip Bag collection.
