Kollect Random Act of Kindness Month

Here at Kollect we have tried to spread some positivity throughout the country in these tough times, our team has changed the month of November into Random Act of Kindness Month.

We have thought of ways to give the people a little bit of kindness, that could change their perspective on 2020. This is an idea that we had been perfecting throughout the year and in the lead up to Christmas, we feel it was the right time to create and execute the campaign.

We began our Random Act of Kindness Month campaign by initially giving away 5 sets of FREE bin collection for 6 month to people who are deserving of this prize and it was originally voted on by the people of the country. People were nominating winners throughout Ireland who are deserving of the prize for their outstanding personalities and general positive attitudes throughout 2020

Our Next competition saw us give away free junk removal to a lucky person throughout Ireland, again though a nomination process and giving this person something to have just to show that people are thinking about them in this very strange time in the world.

Our last but not least prize was for our Junk, Bin & Skip Teams to drop off boxes of chocolates, Junk Vouchers and maybe a free Bin Collection winner also, this was started as we had wanted to give Kollect customers that feeling of happiness and kindness throughout the tough month leading up to Christmas while in Lockdown. Boxes of chocolates were dropped to doors throughout the country with the small card saying Thank you for being a customer, That's all we have wanted was to be able to go unaltered throughout Covid-19 and give our customers a service that would never fail them and through the help of our customers, that was possible. We have to do a date given out over 100 boxes of chocolates, 50 Junk vouchers and many many more prizes.

Kollect Random Act of Kindness Month has been a roaring success and from all of us here at Kollect, We would like to thank all our customers and wish you all the very best! We will have some more fun prizes closer to Christmas, so keep your eyes out.
