New look - same 5 star service!

Kollect has recently launched a new website, making it even easier for you to order a five star junk removal service anywhere in Ireland. As well as looking great, the website is extremely efficient, helping you get straight to the service you need, without all the needless scrolling and searching.

We surveyed thousands of Kollect customers to monitor their customer experience from start to finish. We wanted to know if they were getting what they wanted, and how long the process took them.

For example, a customer in Co. Galway contacted us with the following message:

“Hello

We have recently done some work in the house and replaced the floors. This involved taking up tiles and some floor boards. Would this be materials you could get rid of? Is there anyway to get an estimate, from your site I'm finding it hard to judge how big of a truck we would have. We are based in Oranmore, outside of Galway City.”

This was a very typical customer so it was imperative to us that the new website would be designed with user experience and ease of finding information in mind.

The User Interface has been simplified so that there is no information overload for the customer. Instead, there is an assisted purchase journey for anyone who needs help finding the right solution. There are ample breadcrumbs all over the website for the customer to access this journey using 'Find my solution' from anywhere on the website.

To cater to customers who already know what they want and need quick access to booking, they can go into the relevant service page from the header menu and in few simple steps complete their booking.

Customer experience has always been Kollect’s main priority - this is why we can boast so many five star reviews. This was the foundation from which we built this new website.
