How to Live More Sustainably

Cut down your meat consumption by opting to go meat-free one day of the week. It is said that cutting out meat for at least 1 day a week will reduce water usage, greenhouse gas emissions and fuel dependence.

When buying your morning coffee, why not skip on the styrofoam coffee cup and use a keep cup? 5. Buy Loose Fruit and Veg Instead of in Bags

By choosing to buy loose fruit and veg, as opposed to packaged products can reduce the amount of plastic waste produced, therefore reducing your carbon footprint.

6. Donate Old Clothes/Items

Donating old clothes, furniture and toys not only helps out people in need but also helps the environment by diverting these items that are not biodegradable from landfills.

7. Swap Plastic Bags for Tote Bags

Swap out single-use plastic bags and plastic “bag for life bags for more durable, environmentally friendly cloth tote bags. By doing this, you will reduce the amount of waste sent to landfill, and have bags that will last longer compared to plastic bags.
