For insurance, regulatory, and health & safety reasons, we CAN NOT remove hazardous junk excess junk, including tyres, old-style box TVs/monitors (ie. CRTs), paint or paint cans full of paint, noxious chemicals, solvents, motor oils, petrol cans, asbestos, vehicle batteries, raw meat and fish, medical or biological junk, or any toxic substances.

We are not licensed or insured to remove hazardous excess junk like asbestos, oil, weed killer, and paint. We advise you to contact your local government for information about hazardous waste haulers in your area.

Your junk will be transported to a licenced transfer facility, where it will be sorted and separated. We will recycle as much of your junk as is possible at this facility.
As soon as everything that needs to be taken with you is loaded onto the truck, the members of our staff will clean up and transport your garbage to a recognised waste management facility.
The size of the job and the amount of debris that must be removed from the site will determine this.

Asbestos, raw meat and fish, medical or biological waste (including faeces), and tyres are examples of items that we are unable to remove due to insurance requirements, government regulations, and concerns regarding the health and safety of our employees and customers. We also cannot remove paint or paint cans that are full of paint.
If your project turns out to be a touch larger or smaller than you ordered, the collection crew will notify you before beginning work and either charge you the difference or issue you a credit. However, if your job is significantly larger than booked (for instance, you booked a ‘Mini’ sized collection but it turns out to be a ‘X Large’), the team may not always have sufficient space on their truck or time in their day to take the additional junk, so an additional booking may be required as a result. If this is the case, you will be responsible for making the additional reservation yourself.

Each work includes 15 minutes of labour, which is more than enough time for 95% of projects. If the task requires more time than this, we might have to charge an extra €30 for every additional 15 minutes of labour.
