We offer a man and van service to collect and dispose of junk and rubbish that is too large to fit in your bin. Due to insurance, regulatory, and health & safety concerns, we CANNOT remove hazardous waste, such as tyres, old-style box TVs/monitors (i.e. CRTs), paint or paint cans full of paint, noxious chemicals, solvents, motor oils, petrol cans, asbestos, vehicle batteries, raw meat and fish, medical or biological waste, or any toxic substances.
If you order a size that is too large, don’t panic; this service is totally adaptable. So, if there is more or less rubbish when our crew arrives in Carrick-on-Shannon, they can adjust the price accordingly, or work to a budget that works best for you.

If your job turns out to be slightly larger or smaller than you ordered, the collection crew will notify you before beginning and charge or credit you the difference. However, if your job is significantly larger than booked (for instance, you booked a ‘Mini’ sized collection but it turns out to be a ‘X Large’), the team may not always have sufficient space on their truck or time in their day to take the additional junk, so an additional booking may be required as a result. If this is the case, you will be responsible for making the additional reservation yourself.
No. We can only take away items you no longer require. We lack the necessary equipment, as well as the necessary training and insurance to provide a traditional removal service.
Each project comes with an allotted period of 15 minutes of labour time, which is included in the fee. This is more than enough time for 95% of the jobs. If the task takes longer than this, we may have to tack on an additional charge of €30 for every 15 minutes of labour that is performed after this point.
