  • Wood – doors, fencing, timber, and firewood.
Asbestos, raw meat and fish, medical or biological waste (including faeces), tyres, old-style box TVs/monitors, paint or paint cans full of paint, noxious chemicals, solvents, motor oils, gasoline cans, and paint are all examples of potentially hazardous waste that we are unable to remove due to insurance, regulatory, and health and safety concerns.
If you book a size that is too large, don’t panic; this service is totally adaptable. Therefore, if there is more or less waste when our staff arrives, they can increase the pricing accordingly or work within your budget.
We are unable to remove potentially dangerous excess waste such as asbestos, oil, weed killer, or paint since we do not have the appropriate licencing or insurance. We strongly suggest that you get in touch with your municipal council in order to obtain information on hazardous waste haulers operating in your area.
The National Waste Collecting Permit Office’s (NWCPO) number for our garbage collection permit is NWCPO-21-12649-01, along with the permit’s specifics.
Your junk will be transported to a licenced transfer facility where it will be separated and sorted, with the goal of recycling as much of your junk as possible.
When everything you need to take with you is loaded onto the truck, our crew will sweep up and transport your rubbish to a registered junk facility close to New Inn.

The collection staff will let you know before they begin working on your project if it turns out to be a bit larger or smaller than what you ordered, and they will either charge you the difference or give you a credit for it. However, if your job is significantly larger than booked (for instance, you booked a ‘Mini’ sized collection but it turns out to be a ‘X Large’), the team may not always have sufficient space on their truck or time in their day to take the additional junk, so an additional booking may be required as a result. If this is the case, you will be responsible for making the additional reservation yourself.
