We CANNOT remove hazardous waste, excess junk, such as tyres, old-style box TVs/monitors, paint or paint cans full of paint, noxious chemicals, solvents, motor oils, petrol cans, asbestos, vehicle batteries, raw meat and fish, medical or biological waste (including faeces), or any toxic materials for insurance, regulatory, and health and safety reasons.
If you book a size that is too large, don’t panic; this service is totally adaptable. So, if there is more or less junk when our crew arrives, they can adjust the price accordingly, or work within your budget.

You don’t have to be home as long as we have access to the excess junk that needs to be collected and it is clear what needs to be taken and what needs to stay. You will receive a phone call an hour before the crew comes, and you will also be contacted once the task at hand has been completed. Should there be any problems at the location, the crew will give you a call to discuss them with you.
When everything has been loaded into the truck, our personnel will sweep up and transport your junk to a recognised junk facility.
