- Generate sales and leads driving the business in Ireland across existing verticals
- Delivering Sales and Business Development for existing and new Clients for Kollect on Demand
- Establishing robust business and sales development, sales processes and sales leads for the business ensuring pipeline creation and management
- Source & respond to Tender Bids, Contracts Public & Private
- Developing an understanding of the business and its current and prospective products and services, generating suppliers and partners
- Maintaining and building relationships further with existing client base leading to increased business. Using these case studies to develop and promote new sales leads
- Researching organisations and individuals to identify potential new markets, locations in Ireland
- Developing and delivering sales presentations or meetings. Attendance at conferences, buyer events, sales conventions, etc.
- Maintaining all aspects of company CRM in respect of new business.
- Complying with all internal and external processes and quality systems relevant to the role.
- Performing any other duties as may be reasonably required from time-to-time.
Qualifications and desirable criteria
- Business or relevant degree
- Experienced professional and expertise of min 3 years Business Development and Client engagement is essential
Competitive nature in generating results with the ability to set and achieve targets
- Experienced professional with strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation skills
- Independent, self-driven motivated and accountable whilst also having the ability to be a team player
- Excellent organisation skills to deal with day to day operations of the business
- Desirable to have relevant experience within the market-place as noted above
- Administration and attention to detail is necessary
- Targets Negotiable with Reporting Manager
