Kollect may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

These include but are not limited to analytic providers, advertising or social agencies, email providers, survey providers, third party vendors, and business partners (including subcontractors)

By using the site you agree to allow us to share your information with our selected contractor(s) or subcontractors who will perform the service you require. As a booking agency we must pass your contact details on to our selected contractor(s) or subcontractors, (so they know where to go).

We may also share your information if the law requires us, if we believe you to be in breach of our terms and conditions or the law, and further actions are necessary. In the case of a sale or merger (including negotiations) your data may be shared to the interested party or a representative on their behalf.
