The collection staff will let you know before they begin working on your project if it turns out to be a bit larger or smaller than what you ordered, and they will either charge you the difference or give you a credit for it. However, the team might not always have enough space on their truck or time in their day to take the extra junk if your job is significantly bigger than what was originally booked (for example, you booked a “Mini” sized collection but it turns out to be a “X Large”), so an additional booking may be necessary.
