We can dispatch a van either on the same day if one is available. Most of our deliveries are completed within 24 hours. To arrange for our service, simply give us a call or use our booking form to reserve your preferred time slot.
We price based on how much space your items take up in the back of our partner’s truck, broken down into ⅛, ¼, ½, ¾ of a truckload, all the way up to a full truckload.

There is a minimum charge for our partners to remove your rubbish or junk. We offer single item pricing for certain items such as mattresses, washing machines or TVs.
For materials that have a heavy cubic weight like dirt, concrete, and gravel, pricing is based on the extra weight that these add to the van load. Don’t overthink JUNK size, simply select what you think is correct & make the booking. When our junk removal experts arrive at your home and discover that you have more or less junk than expected, we will amend the quote up or down. Don’t worry if you have more than quoted & don’t wish to pay the extra amount, we will only take the amount that was quoted for.

You don’t have to be home as long as we have access to the excess junk that needs to be collected and it is clear what needs to be taken and what needs to stay. You will be contacted one hour before the team arrives and notified when the job is completed. If any problems arise at the site, the team will contact you to discuss them.
On the day of your appointment with us, our friendly, uniformed partners will give you a call one hour before the start of your two hour promise window.
