We understand that trying to estimate which size skip you’ll need is one of the trickiest parts of hiring a skip. The risk of ordering a skip too small is that you’ll need to hire a second skip. If you order one too large then you’ve spent more than you needed to on rubbish removal in the first place.

Let's set a baseline first
Say hello to Bob. He's nearly 5 and a half feet and he'll model in for us, stand next to each skip to help you perceive the size of the skips instead of just throwing numbers at you. Sound good? Let's go!

2.5 Yard Skip
For very small jobs we have the smallest skip in our range, the 2.5 yard skip, also known as the Mini Skip. This skip is suitable for very small garden, household clearances and D.I.Y projects. We estimate it holds the equivalent of up to 25 bin bags.
